I was approached by a recruiter after applying for another role and sent me a home assginment in SQL.
When you first sent me the test on December 9th, I completed it a day later on December 10th, and received feedback that my results were correct.
Then, I hadn't heard back from the recruiter for weeks, despite emailing her two weeks later.
On Jan 4th she contacted me out of the blue stating that I had never completed the test.
So retake the test and received feedback that my results were correct again.
Once again, no response from her.
After 6 weeks into the process, I got a response from the recruiter that my assignment results weren't high enough for their standard qualification , which completely do not adhere to the results on my test.
A negative response to my application is completely fine, but must be done in a way that is respectful to the candidate.
A friend of my also took the test in mid December, and got his tet result within 3 days.
She could't take responsibility for being highly unproffessioanl and disappearing rather than telling me that my test score wasn't good enough (as I got a feedback on the test platform that my answers were correct)
