Three rounds. Round 1-Phone interview with Senior Platform analyst. Once Round 1 is cleared, next two rounds will be scheduled. Round 2 ( 2 hours and 45 min duration) -Technical round( Technical Lead) -Communications skills and Time management skills (Platform Analyst Manager) -Technical Round(Senior Platform Analyst) If round 2 is not cleared, round 3 will be canceled. Round 3 (1 hour and 45 min) -Problem-solving and Analytical Skills(Senior Platform Analyst) -Interview with Sr. Director Customer Experience. Looking for candidates with technical skills than business analytics skills. Good to have XML, MS Excel and SQL skills.
