They have you do an assessment, and then will follow up with a phone interview which consists of you asking them questions you'd like to know and a few questions they ask you- it's more like a conversation than an interrogation which I thoroughly enjoyed - and if all goes well, onboarding process & training if you are hired.

Won't get the first interview without an employee referral. I applied online and got rejected and a few months later got a referral and got an interview, but that had no turn out either.
