A fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in the equipment maintenance space is looking for a Kotlin Android Developer to join their dynamic, remote-first team. The company recently launched its MVP and closed a successful pre-seed round —now they’re scaling their product and expanding their mobile capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work closely with the VP of Engineering to evolve and scale the Android application. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments and is eager to take ownership of technical decisions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining the Android application using Kotlin.
Collaborating with the product team to deliver user-centered features.
Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Debugging and resolving app issues quickly and effectively.
Optimizing performance and ensuring top-tier UI/UX.
Integrating APIs and working closely with backend engineers.
What They're Looking For
Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
English level: Intermediate to advanced required.
3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
Strong knowledge of Android SDK and mobile best practices.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile workflows.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with CI/CD tools.
