Our mission at YES is to create communities that our residents are proud to call home. We offer all-age and a select number of age-qualifying communities with a vast array of amenities and services. We nurture relationships in our communities by offering resident activities and events that build friendships and also provide a benefit such as Kids Summer Lunch Programs, no-cost tutoring classes, community organized athletic teams and more!
YES Communities, founded in 2008, owns and operates manufactured housing communities with locations across the United States. YES takes a new approach to manufactured home communities and works to build and maintain an environment in each community that reflects their positive YES attitude. YES’s unique operating model, personal approach and strong corporate culture has garnered it the Community Operator of the Year award by the Manufactured Housing Institute for ten straight years.
