Formerly an oil and natural gas exploration and production company with operations and assets in Victoria, DeWitt, and Waller counties in Texas, SNRG Corporation (formerly TexEn Oil and Gas) is looking to the Middle East for its future growth. The company, which moved into the waste-to-energy business in 2005, has plans to clean up environmental problems in the Middle East, such as oil sludge disposal sites, oil spill sites, and similar oil industry waste. As such the company announced plans to relocate to Dubai in 2007. Elroy Fimrite controls 33% of the company.
