Its lineup includes cookware, cooktops, woks, FlashPaks (pizza delivery containers), and FaHeaters (cooktops that convert to fajita platters). Popular with major restaurant chains, CookTek products are based on induction heating technology; when a magnetic pan is placed on top an induction cooktop it generates a magnetic field, exciting heat-producing molecules in the pan!
