Bluedrop Performance Learning provides consulting and technical services to companies interested in implementing Web-based interactive training systems. The company focuses on training in the areas of health and safety, products and systems, and corporate compliance serving clients in such industries as government, technology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and publishing. Customers have included Cisco Systems and the Royal Bank of Canada, as well as Canada's Department of National Defense and Health Canada. Bluedrop Performance Learning was founded in 1992 and owns five offices across Canada. In early 2012 it expanded through its acquisition of Serebra Learning Corporation and began trading publicly.
