Benefits are pretty good - above average, but not awesome. - plan to go IPO so we all get rich :) - transparent and supportive leadership style - healthy fruit, pop, juice and coffee is provided - no ego culture with lots of young energy - they provide nice computer machines, big monitors and comfy ergonomic chairs. - lots of available meeting rooms and quite a lot of desk space. - social committee is new but starting to do some fun and charitable events

- still quite 'startup' in many places so lacks some systems and processes - benefits doesn't cover vision/glasses or encourage active lifestyle such as fitness membership subsidies - there's no company sponsored beer in the fridge
