Worst place to work. Nepotism at it's peak. Cannot concentrate on the the daily tasks as we have to deal with politics from executive level to the mid management regularly. Only executive team's favorites will be allowed to work others are replaced when they want without any reason. This place is like a startup in fact it is a group of startups run by the family members. People seem to be friendly but they are not. Work culture is the worst. Do yourself a favour to not join this company as it is a sinking ship.
