Ventajas
Lots of learning and growth opportunities at Tradeweb. The employees are great to collaborate with, both on my team and in other departments! As someone who is now 3 years out of college, Tradeweb has helped me advance in my career more than I ever would have expected. I am so grateful for my opportunities here.
Desventajas
Not really a con, but looking forward to have more people come into the office! I started at Tradeweb right before Covid, so I would love to starting meeting people I work with often in person!
