Ventajas

We all try to live these in our interactions and it helps create and open and agile culture where the best ideas rise to the top irrespective of where they come from. We have come a long way from humble beginnings where we lived in cottage with desks set up in the living room. We still keep that streak of entrepreneurial mindset across the business even as we have scaled internationally and professionalized our approach.
Desventajas
I'm not the right person to ask for cons. But I can say that when we become aware of cultural issues or areas of dissatisfaction across our teams then we seek to understand it and act to implement changes fast. I'd also say that like all growing businesses that are on a mission, we have a high hunger to win across all teams. Its not always an easy ride - winning never is. So if you're looking for an easy and comfortable ride then Techspert won't be the best fit for you.
