Ventajas
Flexible start/end of day between 8-9am/5-6pm, WFH allowed 2 days a week. The team is friendly and helpful. Training is lacking/non-existent on some posts, but they are open about it and they don't mind explaining or the occasional mistake.
Desventajas
Salary is low for Dublin. No HRIS software and the current excel files system could be improved upon. Same for file servers and safety backups, it lacks practicality in the more tech-savvy way. Not at all a big issue though, just an older system that could be improved. Interactions with the upper management is distance-only, as they are in France/Angola. This, along with the lack of proper training, leaves new employees in the dark on most matters of how the company works globally because they are the ones who manage almost everything and not having them on hand to ask basic questions is bothersome at times.
