Ventajas

You’ll meet some very hardworking people who are genuinely trying their best Plenty of exposure to “learning opportunities” created by chaos If you enjoy unpredictability, you’ll never be bored

Desventajas

Leadership culture plays a significant role in shaping the experience here — and not always in a healthy way. There is a strong appreciation for agreement. People who consistently echo leadership viewpoints tend to thrive, while those who ask difficult questions or advocate strongly for their teams often become “difficult.” Over time, this creates a culture where alignment matters more than insight. This leads to some interesting patterns: Capable contributors quietly leaving Less capable individuals being elevated with great confidence Decisions appearing more political than practical Morale slowly eroding while everyone pretends everything is fine Execution is another highlight. Many initiatives begin with enthusiasm and conviction. Once timelines and complexity become clear, priorities suddenly shift. Projects pause, restart, or quietly disappear. This cycle repeats. Eventually, teams are informed there are “no outcomes” — which is technically true, just not for the reasons implied. If you value clarity, fairness, and accountability, you may find yourself doing a lot of reflection here.
