Ventajas
Great people who want to give their all in their work.
Good premises though in Helsinki the office moved further from the centre despite staff objections.
Offer some nice benefits such as wider than usual health care, use of company car if needed for work, subsidised bicycle, some contribution towards lunch.
Desventajas
Bad leadership that ignore obvious issues such as employee burn outs which were not occassional but rather the norm.
Bad internal communication. Things are told on the need to know basis which does not build trust among company employees.
No career paths or at least they are not set out clearly.
