The culture in Carlsbad, CA is amazing. Close knit, friendly, helpful, open, flexible, leadership is simply the best, gym, kegerator, everything you'd want and then some.
It is a great place to start if you want to learn different aspects of manufacturing. Otherwise, not much else.
Desventajas
CEO made to many decisions for management, often times without clear direction as too why. Would wear a lot of hats at the company but never for the things I actually knew how to do. People were let go at a moments notice and no discussions on how to improve, etc.
