      There are many amazing projects that come through the office.

      Desventajas

      Promotions to firm positions seem arbitrary with very little description of expectations for what is required, and no explanation when raises and promotions happen.

      People who find their team here will love working here, plenty of mentorship opportunities, big projects that provide some level of job security, lots of learning and training opportunities usually covered in part or in full by the firm

      Desventajas

      If you end up in the wrong team or sector and youre not a good fit for that small teams culture youre gonna hate it. Some teams have more cliquey feelings.
