Ventajas
The work itself can be interesting, and you get to collaborate with some incredibly talented colleagues who are passionate about what they do. There's a strong creative energy within the teams, and you can learn a lot from the people around you if you're lucky enough to be in the right group. That said, these positives are largely overshadowed by the toxic culture and leadership, but if you can push through the chaos, you might find moments of professional growth here. Just be aware that those moments are few and far between.
Desventajas
The leadership here is completely disconnected from the team’s reality. Decisions are made without transparency or consideration of employee well-being. The HR department, rather than supporting the staff, seems to be more of a tool for protecting the company's image. It’s no secret that HR has extensive knowledge of internal issues—misconduct and unethical practices but they consistently choose to sweep things under the rug. Those who are in a position of power seem to have carte blanche to do whatever they want without any fear of consequences. If you value your mental health and professional growth, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The environment is a breeding ground for frustration, and there’s no hope for real change. It’s a shame because the work itself has such potential but they do not care about their employees whatsoever.
