We have made significant changes to the organization largely based on feedback both internally and externally. A few of those include: We have been exceeding our financial goals year over year which is entirely a team effort between sales, leadership, operations, marketing and IT. Our Leadership team is committed to the success of our team members as well as our clients, so much so that it was our top KPI in 2018! As a result, our overall employee engagement is up, and our customer experience has dramatically increased. Our compensation plans are rolled out each year and 2018 stretch goals were achieved by 90% of the team which we are very excited about!
