Ventajas

* Reasonable salary * No RH useless meetings, which is good but also bad, they don't know if working with a specific client is good or not * Who pays you will be Deel, not FSL, which is a good company and doesn't fail payment * Your local holidays * PTO or vacation * No micromanagement, the maximum you'll have to do is to enter your 8h entry in a tool they use. Overtime permission needs to be requested from the client before doing that.

Desventajas

* Benefits are only meal support. There will be no health plan, stock options, no equipment help, etc * Slack general channel has a lot of spam, It has everyday reminders of birthdays and people's anniversaries in FSL with @channel. * No constructive feedback, the maximum I've got after more than 1yr in the company was a rating from 0-10 with no comment from the client * PO/PM conflicts. The FSL PO/PM does not have much voice in the projects, managed by the client PM, which means there will be a lot of scope changes during sprints and miscommunication between them. * The client's codebase has significant legacy issues, and their adherence to waterfall methodology leads to prolonged testing periods, sometimes up to four months for a single task. * No possibility of changing the project, some people requested to change the project in December 2022 and until today are in the same project * The only way to leave a project is to get fired or ask to leave FSL. If you leave a project, the chance of getting fired is very high, I've seen more than 4 people getting fired after leaving the project I was allocated * No career plan, There are people with the Mid Level role after more than 3yr in the company

Ventajas

- Company knows the importance of AI and is willing to give it as a tool to help their workforce - Flexible with time tracking. You have to track your time but the time of day you do your work is very flexible depending on the project you're working on.

Desventajas

- No equipment. Would be nice if there was some kind of leasing of laptops. - Salary is a bit below the average but depending on your country it's still very attractive. - You might get unlucky if you get to work with some delivery managers there that are too strict with "following processes". They have solid playbooks and an onboarding process and most of them knows that it's purpose is to serve as a guideline, not a strict rule set on stone. But some unfortunately are still with a poor mindset.

Ventajas

Not much anymore. No real leadership, and what leadership there is spends time doing things that don’t matter.

Desventajas

Underpaid, undervalued, unheard, invisible to leadership, and belittled.
