Beautiful facility and amazing staff!

None that I know of right now

Small town community feeling. Clean facility! A lot of various activities.

Poor compensation. Lowest paying in the area. Extremely poor communication. Short staffing. Will make staff do a full med pass then pull them to a different unit and makes them do that med pass a few hours late. Poor management. Work every other weekend with NO other benefits to entice workers. No flexibility. Constant management changes.
