      - AP is 100% remote working and has many policies and benefits in place to support this culture - This provides good work life balance and you need to own this yourself as well by learning to manage your calendar effectively - The leadership team does a good job at communicating and being transparent as much as they can

      Desventajas

      - The company is very much US centered, thus if you are part of a team or working remotely elsewhere in the world, it can feel more siloed at times
