There is an online application that needs to be filled out. It was very in-depth and included several very interesting questions. I received an answer very quickly and was invited to have a Skype-Interview with their HR person. The interview only lasted 20 minutes, however it was still very extensive. Many of the questions asked were questions I would have expected in the next interview not for an initial Skype call. But this was fine. The interviewer kept insisting that she just had one more question. This gave me the feeling that the interview was about to end, but it still lasted quite a bit longer. The "one more question" turned into several more. At the end the interviewer explained the next steps (an exercise to be completed at home, followed finally by an interview in person). The interview did not end in a job offer for me, but that was fine. However, I did not receive any feedback after asking for it. They merely answered that they had too many applications to be able to give feedback. All in all the interview was very efficient.
