The whole process is smooth and delightful since HR reach out to me on LinkedIn. I have been through 3 round of interview( Line manager + Product Manager, Director, HR). They asked about my role in last postion, and why would I want to enter a new industry. It was great that I have a chance to do a cold call with a real client in the interview. Dilda, my interviewer as well as my future team leader, give a feedback on my cold call right after I finished it with wonderful suggestion and well understanding of business development. Anam, who taking care of my recruiting process, is super responsive and helpful during my application. Thank you!
