Basically this is the incapability of the Benefitalign, they are calling it as double data entry. They capture the customer details into their system instead of passing the data directly to the state/federal exchange system. This is not a standard work in US healthcare industry. But the manager is saying that is the standard in the industry by hiding their in capability. I am not sure what they are looking - they are trying to improve the system and generate more revenue OR trying to follow their blender understanding.
