When arriving for the interview, I was told to leave the lobby and vacate the area for 20 minutes because I was a "security risk". When I was "allowed" back to the site, the Panel Interviewers asked me questions with their arms folded and didn't really care about my extensive professional experience, professional certifications, or portfolio prepared. Not only was I insulted and told that I didn't have the required experience despite 36 years of professional tenures in strategic sourcing, but I was even asked whether or not I had the skills to do the job.
