Interviewer was late, said they were in back-to-backs, let our interview run late into the next person's interview and almost seemed put off that I didn't want to make them late for the next interview (I'm sorry I have professional standards). Most importantly, seemed flabbergasted that I said my salary expectation was within the salary range and described the mid-point of the salary range as the absolute maximum that could even be discussed. Low energy, disingenuous, misleading experience. Book enough time to actually properly interview people, don't post a salary range that you have no intention of using.
