First time I talked with the contact person was when I called to get details on the position. She took good time to talk with me, was very informative and it actually became a small interview in itself. The first real interview was through phone a few days after. The position was only listed a week because they had so many applications. The interview was focused on practical matters. 2nd interview was on-site at the head quaters. It included a detailed run through of my cv and an introduction to the company. It was easy going and simple questions on how this and this task had been solved /handled by me in previous positions. The interview lasted 90 minutes and did not include trick questions or tasks. When I wasn't invited for the third interview, they called me and told me why I was rejected and also gave great feedback on my application/ interview and guided me to where in the organisation I would fit better with my qualifications. It was a very nice process
