They asked me to submit a coding assignment with live demo.
As I was always interested in WordPress, I gave it a try out of fun.
I never thought I will get selected as I do not have Engineering degree which was excuse for most companies to reject me outright.
After my coding assignment was passed, I got call for telephonic round. I guess its goal was to assess if I have coded my assignment myself.

I was asked asked to explain difference between jQuery, JavaScript and Java. It wasn't difficult for me but after answering guy on other end (I guess it was CEO himself) said you have been selected!

There were 2 rounds approximately 30mins each. Both were on the same day and were face to face. In the first round they ask about git, form validation, encryption, indexing, and other web development concepts. In the second round, they ask scenario based questions.
