Phone interview and then interview with a panel. Asked me various technical questions that I did not pose on my resume. It was not a good use of my time because I prepare for few days and I was asked questions I am not familiar with. Told me they would get back to me in 2 weeks. Followed up with their HR after 3 weeks and found out that they are going to pursue another candidate with more experience. This reason is a common theme in the recutiering process imo.
