I received a reply after about a week, we exchanged emails asking about my experience then had a Skype interview where I was asked questions about animation, my experience and what I know about ndreams, the main point was for me to ask questions. Within 2 days they asked me down for an in-person interview where I was told I'd be shown around and be interviewed more. When I got there they put me in a room and alternated between two people, one would enter, the other leave. Questions were almost identical to the Skype interview. I was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks before being contacted but the next day I received a rejection saying they want someone more experienced, afterwards they took down their job post and put a senior role.
