Long - 2 months , great interviews with recruitment , process started extremely well, very responsive then it went from good to bad. Arranged site visit where you are judged not on your technical/knowledge skills rather if “random” members of the office like you or not. Team members varied at every level, no experience of HR. Then had to wait nearly 2 weeks with no response to find out that the role has been re-posted. I would say this has made me feel upset and is in poor taste.
