Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en monday.com (New York, NY) en feb 2022

      Entrevista

The team was very transparent and respectful of my time. Understood completely that the interview process is as much them getting to know you and you getting to know monday.com. Be prepared to run through exercises testing your capabilities as an SDR (ie. mock cold call, mock email creation) in real time with a team member.

Great experience interviewing. Really smooth and comprehensive process with it feeling very two way throughout. I also felt the hr interview to get a feel for the company culturally was a great step and one other employers should include.

These people completely waste your time. If you value yours - DO NOT even bother applying. The interviewing process is way too extensive and time consuming for an ENTRY LEVEL 60K SDR ROLE that doesn't pay commission - 6 rounds along with providing them with 2 references that they will call. You also have to complete a take home assessment at stage 2. You receive a 3-page long questionnaire which is full of various sales scenarios. You have to do research on companies, compose emails and answer in an "analytical" manner. During stage 3, you will have to do a mock call with a random selected company, which is very awkward. For stage 4, you will have to create a fictitious email on the spot, while you are interviewing. Throughout the majority of the time, the managers/directors take vigorous notes and barely even look at you while you are speaking. After each round, it seemed never ending as you are moved to speak to someone else and another interview is scheduled. In my opinion, it is unethical and unnecessary to have candidates do this much work. They do not care about your efforts, the time you took out of your job/schedule to do the tasks and to interview -- with that many people. There is 0 transparency or respect and it is just plain inhumane and rude. They use a scorecard to evaluate how you perform at each stage and you will never know what your score is until you basically get ghosted - that's when you know you did not make it. I have no idea what they are looking for and they won't tell you, the results are not shared. It is very one sided. Since they are so selective, most people do not make it. You won't receive feedback at any stage but you will receive a generic rejection email in the end. Save yourself the agitation, stress and labor, there are plenty of other great companies to apply to that treat people with courtesy and regard.
