Phone screen with a recruiter, interview with hiring manager where I was asked technical and personality questions, then interview with future team. None of the questions were too difficult or specific.

Describe a time when you failed and how you overcame the failure
they asked some irrelevant questions such as whats your favourite emoji and even though they say they believe in diversity but I think your race is Important. at least this is my opinion.
