Entrevista
3 interviews total. 1st is a group interview, next two are one-on-one with more senior employees (if you move on).
The group interview isn't awkward because the person leading it is so energetic and out-going. I recommend just being yourself. Don't think you have to use typical, cookie-cutter answers. That won't differentiate you and you'll come off as a kiss-a**.
Same advice for the two one-on-one interviews. They don't really ask you any retail specific questions, just get to know you questions and other questions you'd get in any job interview like strengths, weakness, share a time you ____, etc. That sort of stuff. They also throw in fun questions to break the ice. Just try to connect and have an honest conversation and you'll do fine.

Entrevista
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.

- How do you show others integrity and how do you build trust
- In a minute, talk about something that resonates with you
(Generally questions based off experience, didn’t need to be from previous jobs though)
They set a interview in a round table in the food court of the mall and asked every individuals about themselves 5 situation based questions. The interview was very friendly and easy going.

There is only one round with three behavioral questions. The interviewers include an assistant store manager and a guest experience lead, who will assess my skills and experience. It is a group interview, and there are 7 people including myself.
