First round with the two store Assistant Managers, second round with a Store manager from a different location as I was applying from Educator for a promotion. I applied online through their Taleo tool. Presented a cover letter and answered their 10 questions about yourself. This is really important to fill out with gusto and creativity. The hiring philosophy is for awesome people they'd like to spend upwards of 40 hours a week with, someone they'd want to be lead by, and someone who can work hard and effectively in ever-changing environments.

The interview process was casual, relax and fun. That makes me have a good image of Lulu lemon.
But I think the question is quite difficult.Its not easy to handle.
Brilliant company, welcoming staff and great interview. The approach by them is very natural and you get to know the team well. Would recommend to everyone that wants to work in fashion as it would be great to transfer to head office

The interview was via zoom due to Covid and was with three girls. It seemed very informal and they were zooming from their bedrooms… questions were incredibly off the wall and unorganized. It seemed catty and I knew 5 minutes into the interview they weren’t interested in me.
