El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en impact.com (Santa Barbara, CA) en abr 2010
Entrevista
The experience was extremely Unprofessional. My first interview was a phone interview with the CEO of the startup. it ended with him inviting me to come down and work for two months on a temporary basis. This should have rung the alarm bells. I had to follow up after a week and I was told there were certain issues raised about my English. this certainly was news for a person who has entire of his education in English. i had four more rounds of interviews with various partners and their Venture Capitalist. this was followed by a background check. i imagined this to be it. After two weeks of hearing nothing I contacted them and was asked to come down for 6 in person interviews. once there I had an additional interview with the HR manager who went to extent of discussing my living arrangement.
After another 3 days they did not make the offer. This was a position that the CEO had mentioned to be below my paygrade. The reason given was they weren't hiring at this point. Impact radius hiring practices suck. they have no respect for interviewees or their time
