I've never taken part in an interview process that was so positive and informative. It was a two-step process. The first interview was over the phone. The second was in-office, and that's when I was introduced to key elements of the job. Everyone was very warm and helpful and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at-ease, also incredibly rare in the interviewing process.

I really liked that they asked me about the kind of person I don't enjoy working with. I've never been asked that question and I found it fun and interesting to answer. They also asked about why I wanted to work for iVET360 in particular. Overall, they avoided boilerplate questions, which I really appreciated.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by phone by Justin who was personable, friendly and easy to talk with. I was then brought in for an in-person interview with Justin and the leadership team of the company. Very comfortable process and interview - in fact, I asked most of the questions.

I was asked about my writing experience and familiarity with various software, work ticket systems, etc. Also asked about my current employment situation to confirm I would be available enough hours to complete the work. Appreciated that they were 1) interested primarily in my skills and that my age and appearance were not an issue and 2) interested in me personally and how I might fit in the culture of their workplace.
