Get called by one of ITCO agent ask lots of question about experience. Just ask how many years experience in specific skillset which doesn't make me feel comfortable. This is the very first round interview but keep asking for your sensitive documents like work authorization document and more contact infos like alternative emails. During the call, they try to lower the hourly rate as low as possible which make me feel very bad. Anyway, I keep talking with the agent and I have provided my availability for next few days. Although I talked about my work authorization at very beginning, this agent looks a forgetful guy, 5 min later, he ask such question again. Even worse, after the call, I am in a meeting and very busy, however this agent keep calling in. As I am meeting very important people so my phone keeps ringing which is very embarrassing in front of my guest. So I have to block their numbers. And more crazy things, when I finish the meeting and try to response to him, I saw many emails from him asking for permission to submit my profile to client (so strange, I already agreed during the phone) , github account, my availability for coding interview (wtf!!! I have provided over the phone). And also this guy try to reach me via google chat, linkedin in last 2 hours. His behavior looks mad and I am nervous to keep working with ITCO solution, so I block all contact method from ITCO solution and the world return to peace again
