Final interview - asked the same questions as the initial interview, but by a different person. Although this time, there is a mock phone call where you pretend to entertain a customer who is experiencing an overbilling problem. The calls basically test your communication skills and how well you can converse and understand in english.

It was fast and accomodating.. the interviewer asks the typical call center questions and I like the company hiring process because they are open for everyone. I recommend applying in this company if you are near in one of their sites.

The interview was like a regular interview, it was nothing that you can’t answer or hard to say that you can’t give a simple answer for it, it was fair enough basic questions.
