easy. group interview. not that many question. if you have customer experience you will thrive. Very nice people. I dressed very professional. make sure your bring pen and paper to write the details down.

First step was an Online Assessment with their website, and they will assess your results if they would proceed with the application or not. Fast hiring process, committed recruiting teams as they will continuously send you emails and notice for the final interview, unfortunately I did not had the chance to attend the final interview due to some commitments.

basic question and simple mock call. kind and not intimidating interviewer, first and final interview only. they asked about yourself and how will you handle the customers. one day hiring process and very fast interview and just be yourself
