I saw the job post regarding the Financial Analyst @ E-clerx on Naukri.com. It was a Walk-in Interview. The whole process took more than a week. There are 3-4 rounds of interview First round was an Essay writing test and topics were Demonetization,Reconciliation,etc. In Second round there is a computerized aptitude test. Third Round will be the HR Interview, where the HR will check your understanding about the Financial Markets. and Finally there will be a Managerial Round. For some candidates they do not take the computerized aptitude test and directly process them to the HR round. For Some candidates they also arrange the Re-Interview if requested properly.
