The HR rep i interacted with was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The engineers I interviewed with were not as friendly. I was told I was having an interview with 3 people; the CEO, and 2 technical team leads. Both of the team leads actually showed up to the interview but one was 25 minutes late. I was confident in all of my answers relating to his javascript questions. Near the end of the interview, with 10 minutes left, the CEO comes in and apologizes for being late. He then proceeded to talk about how he could redecorate the office, then we ended the interview. All in all, very bizarre process and a complete waste of my time. The lack of respect for potential new hires is very alarming.
