45 minute phone interview from Dubai followed by physical interview in Birmingham which consisted of grammar and numerical exam then a 1-1 interview. The process was very quick, from the telephone interview I was then asked to attend a physical interview asap, training course in Malta now booked.
Easy going first 2 HR rounds. However, the training course is quite elaborate and extensive. Completing and passing it can be a challenge for some. Overall a very nice experience.

First, you get a call from the UK HR department, then a call with the local head, and if they both approve, then you are brought in for a 1 week crash course on who they are, what they do and some selling techniques. It is complicated and very different of any other process
