I did a recorded initial interview where they asked generic questions and about salary. Then I had a Skype interview with the team. There were a lot of behavioral questions followed by a few technical questions. The mood was awkward because the panel is taking notes and Skype interviews feel strange.

What was a time you had to motivate your team, why did you have to and what did you do
Standard interview qs asking availability and experiences prior to this. Was really nice to talk with the manager really friendly, overall smooth process. Had phone call interview prior to this, which was also a simple few questions and nothing too tedious
