Had a telephone interview with the resourcing assistant who then sent over a ‘SWOT Analysis’ for me to complete before the interview. There was absolutely no elaboration on this swot analysis; just a sheet of paper with four words in a box. I had to interpreted it myself. I later found out that the resourcing assistant had missed out several vital information and paperwork during my application process as she was new to the job. I had my first interview with the store manager who was flustered, nervous and inexperienced. After fluffing over his questions he escorted me round the shop to analysis the pros and cons. I then had a second interview in a neighbouring town with a disinterested manager who told me I would be expected to leave 2 hours late every shift; equalling to 10 hours free labour every week.
I was called a couple of days later by the resourcing assistant stating that I wouldn’t get the job because I didn’t achieve a high enough grade in the swot analysis.

Informal. Laid back. No structure. Office was a total mess. Whole store a mess. Staff not great.
Store room full of rubbish and stick just everywhere. No organisation at all.
