The first interview is asking the behavioral questions, and they wanna hire interesting people. After the online application, there is a online test, and then the first interview. After one week, I am invited to the second interview, and the HR told me there will be case questions.

2 rounds of Skype interview, the final round was a 5-days on-site assessment.
the first round was conducted with an HR, asking general questions about personalities and values. In the end, there were 2 mini case problems.
the second round was conducted with the General Manager of Greater China. It was also about personalities and values but dug deeper into details. a case problem was also asked in the end but not too difficult to solve.
the final round was an on-site assessment for a week, where I was given a task to do. In my case, I was asked to form a strategy for a well-known realty company in Taiwan.
