Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Zwift (Los Angeles, CA) en may 2019
Entrevista
It's weird that this seems to be very much the exception and not the rule, especially in Los Angeles, but the interview process with Zwift was an absolute joy.
The technical recruiter set up our initial phone screen within days of receiving my application and from the very beginning she was active and engaged, which really set the tone for the entire process.
Next stop was an hour-long call with their VP of Engineering, which honestly was a career highlight for me. Not your typical "justify your existence" kind of interview, but really just two human beings having a great conversation and getting to know one another as people (and of course as a manager!).
Finally, I had an interview with their lead engineer to make sure I'm not a complete moron. He was one of those engineers that knows it all, but isn't a know-it-all... you know the type. Another really enjoyable chat, and I even learned a few things to boot.
Unfortunately, this is where my particular journey came to an end, but it was entirely a result of my coming up short with my engineering knowledge. From the interactions I had with their staff and from the way the overall process was managed, I can only surmise that Zwift is a company that cares about their employees and takes great pains to find good humans.
Definitely give them a look, it'd be well worth your time.
