I went through 5 interviews and was a finalist. My last step was to interview with the potential pier group. One of the Sr. BDM's mentioned, "I see you have a lot of conferencing experience going all the way back to operated assisted collaboration, not sure if you would fit in culturely." I did not get past that stage!
