Applied online and saw that I was put in status “Interviewing” after a day, but didn’t hear from the recruiter for about 2/2.5 weeks. Recruiter interview/screening was the best I’ve ever experienced- very much looking for the culture fit, very honest about the company, role, compensation bands, etc. Three rounds - hiring manager, hiring mgr peer in another dept, & hiring manager’s boss. All were excellent - much more conversational than rigid q&a. Interviews took place within 8 business days (including recruiter screening). Offer verbally extended 3rd business day after final interview. Received official offer letter a few hours after verbal acceptance.
